Who runs Lovinzo

Lovinzo (lovinzo.com) is operated by JaTakEngros (CVR 43878581), Østergade 2, 8870 Langå, Denmark. These terms are an agreement between you and JaTakEngros.

1. Who can use Lovinzo

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. We may ask you to verify your age and identity through our verification partner.
• One person, one account. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.

2. What Lovinzo is

Lovinzo is a marketplace where independent sellers sell pre-owned personal items to buyers. We are not the seller of any item. Sellers are responsible for their listings, items and shipping.

3. Buying

• Prices are set by sellers. Buyers pay the item price, any add-ons, shipping and a buyer protection fee shown before checkout.
• Payment is held until the order is completed. See Buyer Protection for how problems are handled.

4. Selling

• Listings must be accurate, show the actual item and follow our Prohibited Items rules. Photos must not be sexually explicit.
• Ship within 3 days of payment, pack discreetly and add a valid tracking number. Payouts are released after the buyer confirms delivery or after the review period ends.

5. Stay on the platform

All communication and payment for deals started on Lovinzo must stay on Lovinzo. Moving deals off-platform removes your protection and may lead to account suspension.

6. Reviews

Reviews can only be left after a completed order. We do not remove reviews on request. We may remove reviews that are fake, abusive or break the law.

7. Fees

Listing is free. Buyers pay a buyer protection fee per order. Optional seller subscriptions are billed separately. Fees are shown before you pay.

8. Suspension

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these terms, our rules or the law, or that put other members at risk.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Lovinzo is not liable for the items sold by sellers or for indirect losses. [Lawyer to complete.]

10. Seller referrals

• Sellers can invite other sellers with their personal invite link. When an invited seller completes their first sale, the inviting seller earns $10. The inviting seller also earns 1% of the item price of each completed sale by that seller, for as long as the inviting seller is an active seller (has an active listing or a completed sale in the last 6 months).
• Earnings only count for invited sellers who are ID-verified. The 1% share is capped at $1,000 per invited seller. Inviting yourself or creating accounts to collect rewards is not allowed and forfeits all referral earnings.
• Earnings are paid out once payouts are available on Lovinzo. We may change or end the referral program with 30 days notice; earnings already made are kept.
